Magnesium Ultra Potent is a super strength formula containing 4 magnesium complexes for greater absorption and utilisation. Magnesium plays an essential role in maintaining and promoting efficient muscle function and nerve transmission.  Magnesium assists in the reduction of nervous tension, anxiety, stress and sleeplessness.

Contains no gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.  This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.  A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.  Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years.

Magnesium amino acid chelate (providing elemental magnesium 355 mg)	1775 mg
Magnesium aspartate (providing elemental magnesium 12.7 mg)	178 mg
Magnesium ascorbate (providing elemental magnesium 7.6 mg)	122 mg
Magnesium phosphate (providing elemental magnesium 24.8 mg)	120 mg
Total elemental magnesium	400mg
Zinc (as amino acid chelate)	5 mg
Selenium (as selenomethionine)	25 mcg
200 gram powder (lasting more than 1 month).

Directions for use:

Adults and children over 15 years add one 5g dose (one level metric teaspoon) to 100- 200 mL of water or juice such as Apple or pear.
