Maple Syrup is a natural food and its nutrients are maintained during processing. It has the same calcium content as whole milk and is rich in potassium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. It contains Vitamins B2, B5, B6, niacin, biotin, folic acid and trace amounts of amino acids.
Use maple syrup on steaming hot pancakes, in chai tea, on ice cream, in muffins or added to steamed carrots. Use it for cooking and baking.
