POSTAGE:
Parcels are sent by Australia Post (except Sports & Fitness items)- insurance option is recommended.
Sports & Fitness items are sent by the suppliers nominated courier.
If insurance is required please choose from right menu "Postal Insurance" - Postal Insurance for orders over $150 is Free and for orders under $150 it is $2.60
Australian orders over $150 are FREE post (except Sports & Fitness items) with insurance if chosen from right menu - "Postal Insurance"
$4.00 small items: lipsticks, mascaras, eye liners & pencils, up to 10 samples & Info packs.
$6.00 maximum postage charged (does not include insurance).
All purchases over the total value of $60 are supplied with a tracking number (except Leisa’s Secret products which are sent straight from the manufacturer).
All Leisa’s Secret orders are delivered straight from the manufacturer in Queensland for FREE.
If emailed a tracking number you can track your parcel at any time by contacting Australia Post on 13 13 18.
As soon as we confirm payment, your item/s will be sent shortly thereafter. All items will be sent in one parcel unless agreed otherwise. If there are any delays we will notify you.
"Outside Australia" orders will be charged at the actual postage cost which will be determined on weight and destination. Please contact us for postage cost. Pay Pal is the only payment method for Outside Australia orders.

You can pay for your order using using direct deposit. As you check out, we will provide you with our banking details to allow you to make your payment. Please provide your order number in the reference section of the payment transaction as you make it, to allow us to trace the payment to your order. Transfer can take a few days so please be patient, we will notify you when your payment has been received.
We will accept cheques and money orders as payment. Cheques usually take 3 days to clear and items are not sent until cleared payment is received.
If you choose Pay Pal you will be transferred to the Pay Pal site to make payment.
Cancelling or Changing your Order:
If you require a change to your order, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been sent we will make the requested changes for you. If you haven’t sent payment you can cancel your order by signing into your account. For paid order cancellations not already sent, we will give you a refund less $2 for an administration cost. If your order has been sent you will need to return the order to us at your expense. The cost of the products, once returned to us, will be credited back to you.
Refunds:
If, for any reason, you have any concerns about any products sold to you, please call or email us using the details on the ’contact us’ page. We will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Purchases will be refunded using money order, cheque, or bank transfer depending on the individual resolution reached. Please note that products are non-refundable once opened, we don’t provide products on a trial basis, and we do not refund for incorrect choice. We may however be able to provide a refund for incorrect choice if the products are returned in their original unmarked, undamaged packaging, with postage and packaging costs to be the responsibility of the buyer.

Our products are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a Goods and Services Tax (GST). This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services.
We aim to be a competitive as possible in our pricing system.
Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order or committing suspected fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Your Privacy
Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and sending you our newsletter as you have requested. We will not sell, exchange, or otherwise disclose your details to another party.
